We find on average our customers lose 1 stone a month. However, we can't guarantee that you will lose a certain amount as this is due to many factors such as your initial body size, age etc.
We do NOT recommend missing out on your food packs. If you miss a food pack, then we suggest that you have a pack as soon as possible. If you regularly miss out on foodpacks, this can cause you to feel unwell or hungry.
We would only recommend light exercise whilst on a VLCD plan. You are on minimal calories and any heavy exercise could make you feel unwell. Walking, gentle swimming or exercise such as yoga and pilates is fine to do but always ensure you have extra protein or a pack straight away afterwards.
All of our meal replacements contain at least 25% RDA for your essential vitamins and minerals so you will more than likely find that you are more nourished that you would be with conventional food. Our high protein foods do contain some vitamins but not enough to be classified as a meal replacement pack.
