How do I use the Flexi Plan?
Our flexi plan is a lower calorie plan that is easily adaptable. Unlike our Social or Simple plan, our flexi plan allows you to dip in and out whilst watching your calories by using our meal packs as a meal replacement as and when you wish. Simply use one of our meal replacements per day instead of a meal (lets say at dinner time) and use one of our snacks (optional) instead of a snack that you would usually eat. Please note, on this plan it is important that you base your meals of conventional foods to be about 500 calories each..
The Flexi weight loss plan is a our easy to follow weight loss plan. It's lower in calories than you would usually consume. Ideally, you would consume 2 conventional meals (breakfast or lunch for example) and then would consume one of our meal replacements for your evening meal. Unlike our other weight loss plans, you are allowed fruit and alcohol but we would advise against potatoes, bread and pasta. Please note: this is not a ketogenic weight loss plan.
You will be consuming 1 or 2 SML packs per day maximum and then controlling what you eat with your meals. This means you will need to watch your food intake in order to successfully lose weight.
On this plan, you are allowed to consume any types of food. Fruit is also allowed as your snack. However, we would advise against pasta, breads and potatoes as these are trigger foods and it's easy to consume more and increase your calorie intake by eating too much.
Please ensure your BMI is over 25, that you are not pregnant or breast feeding and that you have spoken to your GP prior to embarking on any of our weight loss plans
We suggest that you consider weight management when you are half way to meeting your goal weight. Our Balance Plan has been created to help slimmers re-introduce food at a pace that they and their bodies can manage.
The Balance plan offers a balance nutritional meal plan over a 4 week period. Following a Low GI diet, slimmers will slowly introduce carbohydrate to their bodies whilst cutting back on SML Meal Replacements. This allows your body to adjust to carbohydrate and different food groups and minimises the chance of any weight gain.
