If you are on the go or want an alternative to a shake, then pop one in your bag for a delicious on-the-go meal. We would recommend 1 meal replacement bar per day. However, some slimmers occasionally consume more than one in a day. Whilst this is fine for occasional use, we wouldn't recommend it for every day use.
